| Warren Stanyer Position: President & CEO Mr. Stanyer has over sixteen years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has served as an officer or a director to a number of public mineral exploration companies, including Pioneer Metals Corporation (acquired by Barrick Gold in 2006), UEX Corporation, and Northern Continental Resources Inc.(acquired by Hathor Exploration Ltd. in 2009). He is currently a director of four public companies - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp., Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp., ESO Uranium Corp., Datum Ventures Inc., a capital pool corporation, and is a director of New Moon Minerals Corporation, a company that has received a conditional listing on the TSX-V. | |
