Mr. Gnissios is a business professional with over 14 years of experience in business management, administration and operations in both public and private companies, particularly as it relates to finance, compliance, governance, land management and corporate development. He gained advanced knowledge and experience in the human resource, accounting and management functions as a self-employed businessman prior to his joining the Company in January 2009. Mr. Gnissios served as the administration and land manager until November 2010, before being appointed the Corporate Secretary of Guyana Frontier. Mr. Gnissios has an Associate's Degree in Business, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Royal Arch Masonic Homes Society, a non-profit care facility, where he served on multiple committees.
